What we collect

Your account details (name, email), the memories and stories you choose to save, and — only if you turn on text messages — your mobile phone number and the date and time you gave consent.

How we use it

To run your account, save and deliver your memories, and send the messages you asked for.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in on your Settings page, we text you account notifications, reminders you turned on, scheduled memory deliveries, and replies from Maya, our memory assistant, when you text us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the app for us (for example hosting and message delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can change text settings or delete your account at any time in Settings, or email randy@startinglineconsulting.com.
